There aren't enough hours in the day. Or I should just finally give up sleeping altogether.
I am encouraged, however, by Amy Lynn Andrews ebook Tell Your Time, in which she gives simple insight into how to pinpoint what is most important and how to actually get it done. I have been working on this and happily letting go what isn't essential, what is quite necessary and fruitful, and (here's the best part) what will bring our family the most joy.
Amy has provided worksheets, too, so it's easy to grab a pencil and a cup of chai, your Bible and a minute alone, and jot down what she teaches in Tell Your Time. It's a quick read (20 minutes?), and well worth the time invested.
I'd really like to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night. Step one: write it down as a non-negotiable :)
