This Gluten-Free Banana Bread is the Best Banana Bread I've Ever Had


From the delicious banana bread I grew up eating to the Cook's Illustrated recipe we've loved forever to the "World Famous" banana bread from a little mountaintop stand on Maui, THIS banana bread is our hands-down favorite, and it's made completely gluten-free!

Best Gluten-Free Banana Bread

Cream together:

1 1/2 c. sugar

1/2 c. butter


1 c. unsweetened apple sauce

2 c. mashed bananas

3 eggs

Mix just until wet and incorporated. Add:

2 1/2 c. Pamela's Baking Mix

Bake in two lightly greased loaf pans at 350° for 45 minutes.
