Sometimes, frugality, creativity, and a little imagination save the day. We call this a 1-2-3 lunch, and it's as simple as pulling things out of the fridge and cupboards and creating a meal.
That's 1 Froot Loop, 2 graham crackers with peanut butter, 3 cubes of cheese, 4 slices of bell pepper, 5 carrot sticks, and 6 chocolate chips. Easy peasy!
There's even nostalgia in this for my older guys- they remember how they used to love this type of lunch when they were the little guys, and they're cool with it ;)
