Let. It. Go. (If You Like to Run the Show, This Book is For You) GIVEAWAY!

I recently received a copy of Let. It. Go., by Karen Ehmen, for review. I am super selective about what I agree to review because I just don't have the time to really pour into every product or book and give it a fair shake. But the title and subtitle of this one grabbed me and so I said yes emphatically.

I think most of us females like to run the show. Yes, we do. I've spent an ugly vast portion of my mothering life attempting to control everything and everybody while making it appear as if I wasn't. Whistling casually while pulling the puppet strings, so to speak.

Grace has changed that, thankfully. Grace and an overstuffed plate of homeschooling and writing and teenagers and a challenging four-year-old. Want to learn what's really important in life? Have more kids than you can control. I think that was about 3 for me.

Want to know more? Check out the promotional video for Let. It. Go. Karen says much more about the book than I can. And here's a little bit about Karen:

Karen Ehman is the Director of Speakers for Proverbs 31 Ministries' national speaking team. A five-time author, her books include A Life That Says Welcome, The Complete Guide to Getting and Staying Organized and the popular ebook Untangling Christmas: Your Go-to Guide for a Hassle-free Holiday. She is a favorite presenter at Hearts at Home moms' conferences and a sought-after speaker for women's events. She has been a guest on national television and radio programs, including The 700 Club, Engaging Women, The Harvest Show, Moody Midday Connection and Focus on the Family. Karen also is a contributor to Focus on the family's magazine Thriving Family. She lives with her family in central Michigan.

My takeaway? I am a lot less controlling than I used to be, by the grace of God. You can be, too! Letting go is a freedom worth having.

Want to win a copy? I have two to give away! Just leave a comment (any comment!) and I'll randomly choose two winners. Contest ends December 1st, midnight PST.
