40 Days of Being Still - Week Five

Stillness. I knew if I shut up long enough, God would be able to be heard through the never-ending noise.

I've had time for new ideas. Long-time reader Michele White and I recently joked on Facebook that we could make millions on a book about how to teach your kids to read while potty training them. We're calling it Preschoolers, Potty Training, Phonics, and Peace. What do you think? 

There are new posts for the new year in the works. There are projects like Homeschooling IRL that are growing. We're hoping it will be a BIG resource that you can use. You and all the homeschooling guys you know, too. We're not just shouting out to dads; we want them to find a voice here.

Advent! What are you doing in your home? Maybe you're not doing a thing that's pre-planned. Amazing how for thousand of years, Christians just picked up their Bibles and read the truth of grace and freedom and Jesus, without printables and crafts. You go, minimalist mom! Live as if you're loved, because you are. You are!
