We have two in our family who need to eat gluten free all of the time, and the rest of us play along. Our dinners are gluten-free to accommodate my husband, who is also dairy and iron-rich-food free. No red meat, no spinach, no broccoli, no quinoa... No kidding.
The gluten-free shelf was out of control, with bags and boxes, and ripped-open gluten-free graham cracker boxes because Mighty Joe eats so many of those, he's half gluten-free graham cracker.
I like having a dedicated shelf in the cupboard just for the gluten-free stuff so that there's no confusion. I attacked that gluten-free shelf and put everything into Tupperware with matching lids.
This is easy. You can do it, too!
